what you have to do is give people something useful that they will keep but has your info on it. I did some marketing like this for a local construction company, we designed their flyers and a magnetic chip clip that let us attach the flyers to mailboxes. Out of probably 1000 or so distributed we got maybe 15 call backs over a months time. Doesnt sound like alot but with construction 15 clients can equal $$$MILLIONS. The thing is the fridge magnet / chip clip had all their info, so more than likely it wont go directly in the trash and could provide a sale later. Give em something useful!Comment

And also 15 out of 1000 tagged homes doesnt seem like alot, but construction and remodeling is not something people do lightly or very often really. What is the product you are marketing? your money might be well spent elsewhere such as print and radio ads.Comment

I did mobile carwashing and detailing before this crapola.
1 - 800 for a 125.00 complete detail.
When you get a bite. You need to work it. ie referrals , neighbors all that shit.
After a while I found flyers to be counter productive because I worked it .
FYI Auto Detailing made me 10 times more money then this shit.
I have a kid now so I'm on lockdown
