What formats do you use for video?
 

I am thinking wmv and mjpeg...at 720x480 for members at 1536 kbps...
Foolish or competitive?
What quality is best for 30 sec promo clips?

I have been checking fhg and mgp's till I am blue in the face but I see so many variations...

Right now I am impressed with mjpeg but... wanted your venerable opinions...

you can use HQ flv for streaming videos. wouldn´t recommend to embed wmp on your webpage, so that´s why flash is better as for many people it´s too complicated to download the trailers first.
