Some people wonder why they can not live off of the adult industry...I have been doing this shit for years and my golden rule...although I think this works in any industry is to utilise more than one source of revenue...you cant be there each month waiting for one check to come through...you need multiple....Personally I reckon everyone should promote 20 plus sponsors....

There are loads of webmaster resource areas that list all the sponsors and tell you if they have free content etc...

I thought the real path to riches was to start your OWN webmaster program...come on...everybody's doing it.

I send the same amount of traffic to about 8 sponsors. Nice start, need to take it up a notch. Good suggestion Krome.

Ok golden rule number 2...when starting your own program use exclusive content or kiss your rebills goodbye...

never start a sponsor program if you don't have a unique concept to provide to the webmasters UNLESS you have your own traffic to keep the sponsor up till you find webmasters able to send signups.

90% of the paysites with affiliate program barely receive signups.

Dont put all your traffic into one sponsor, thats a no no unless of course its your own paysite or whatever.

And ya fletch clickcash taught me that lesson as well o_0

Rule number 3 and this is the most important going if you are going to start your own paysite.....MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LAWYER WHO WOULD SELL HIS OWN MOTHER....All your contracts between you and the models must be 100% legal...

...Never just get these and re-write them your name....Do get them, do re-write them but then have YOUR (As in go out and get a solicitor and have him associated with your company) solicitor to check through it for you...Also have a decent witness...not your pissed mate who turned up to watch the shoot as the strip club was shut in the day time...

Rule number 5 - Fuck the TGP game. Search engines make you more money and have more traffic. You get 40k or more through a Hun listing that lasts a day. You can get 40k per day from search engines that last a life time. Better convertion ratios, more targtetted traffic if you know what you are doing.

It is quite funny that you say that I got accused of spamming due to me sending out a mail to all people that had submitted to one to one of my link lists...The only way they could have got multiple emails is if they had spammed me by double submitting....Funny how spammers cry when they believe it has happened to them....

Or make a separate tour for the affiliate's with NO traffic leaks or consoles .

I have consoles on my site but NONE on the urls that the affiliates use.

It is all done for me...I have contracts with some of the biggest UK photographers John Mason and many more...They do the hard work I just run the web based side.

Actually when choosing a sponsor always test your links...if consoles fly up all over the place without your code on them and it becomes a wanker to get through the tour then fuck them....they have no interest in converting the traffic within themselves and would prefer to send the traffic to someone else and make cash....

Beta test your sites to fuck....This is a link to a leading UK base porn forum. I gave 15 forum regulars a user name and pass and had them post their reviews of the site on the forum.

It increased publice awareness of the sites and also gave me tons of feedback before going live. It also enabled us to find any fuck ups that we had made in the sites and enabled us to iron out the bugs..

I am posting under the name of Bob Spunkhouse....I had hyped the sites up on there for a week before giving the pass. This also enabled me to build up pre-launch publicity and the fact that virtually every UK pervert reads this board got the sites credibility with regard to the claims made on the tours.
