Hot pastrami on rye with spicy mustard, dill pickle, cole slaw and ice, cold beer. :thumbsup

Pastrami is one of the few red meats that I actually don't like, it's really dry to me, best way I can explain it.

I make a mean Pastrami reuben.

Pastrami dip with swiss is heaven on a bun. Or even the chili cheese pastrami fries.

I've been eating corned beef for ever.. until someone showed me pastrami and said it was actually lower in fat... I tried it and never looked back :)

Pastrami IS Corned Beef, just smoked...so I wouldn't bet on it be TOO much lower in fat if it actually is.
