Always was an idea of mine and alot of other people..

I could see this shit running automobiles, too, if it would be powerful enough.. I think that if you had too many or even TWO fields sent out into the same space they'd cause problems for eachother, right?

Would be great to wirelessly charge my iPhone.. but the technique is old though.. works same way was microwave or induction cookers

Im not sure if I buy all that electric powerlines cause cancer stuff. Japan has wires running EVERYWHERE all over lol. WAY worse than the U.S. and their cancer rate is way lower.

Yeh I am a little unclear about it as well. Just about everybody lives by power lines of some sort or another. What does it take to cause cancer? Nobody really knows.

Anyway, I was reading about this earlier... the creators think by the year 2050 we could almost be a wireless. I did notice that this would take actually more the electricity. I think that to increase our energy consumption over something that is really not necessary is going to be a problem unless drastic energy policies start taking place...
