Cartoon site/free site owners,

Which would you rather pay more money for:

Sex Comixxx -- where you approve the characters and give the story lines and we custom draw/build it for you

or

Sex Cartoons -- hentai, anime, or parody of Flintstones, Xmen, etc.

I guess one reason against sex comixxx, that comes to mind, is that it is too specific to a story line. And may be too specialized to a particular niche?

Then both sells, I have both them. So open 2, if you can't handle to use them both on a site.

Actually, I got introduced to some anime artists who draw American style anime [ style is similar to: http://www.hookupsskateboards.com/decks.html ] They are looking into going into the xxx biz and can do both comixxx and cartoonz. I just want to know if the content distributors out there want to carry comixxx or toonz.... which is better/faster to move? All work is custom.

Would they be interested in doing some custom work now or are they still just looking into it?

That stuff looks good. I would probably pay for some of that artwork to compliment my stories, so it would be more like sex comics.

Personally, I like the Sex Comixxx idea for several reasons:
1) No copyrighted characters of other companies to get your butt in a sling
2) More creative options (I have several ideas for adult comics including one with a shemale amazon with a cat-woman sidekick lover)
3) Original content (many surfers are tired of seeing X-Men over over)
4) I would, however, like to see more non-anime adult stuff (something from DC, Marvel or Image). I've never been a big fan of anime-style art.

pimplink, I have some stories written already. I wasn't thinking about having comixxx, so I don't know how well they would convert to comixxx.

I created and sold the ToonPlugin Feed which is used by a number of larger sponsors. Quality sells well, but it isn't cheap to produce. I have something toon related in the works for next year that will blow everyone away.

The Joe Phillips stuff is great.

I can definitely see that type of material retaining specially if you have fixed periodic updates.

I watched 3-4 of the adventures at www.romp.com even though the main character is unbelievably annoying (maybe part of his allure?) but it'd take literally hours and hours to go through all of their free stuff. I'm sure webmasters would love 3-4 meg downloads that occupy their surfers for half an hour.

them interactive adventures are def more 4 a mainstream audience (dudes who arent super hentai freaks will still fuck wit em) but cartoons are big 4 a niche that is supplied almost entirely out of japan in any decent numbers
