The incriminating documents, expunged by censors from the official site and from Google's document cache, still appear in the document translation cache of Chinese search giant Baidu, here (1) and here (2), showing the age of one of China's gold medal winning gymnasts to be 14 instead of 16, the minimum age for competition presented on her government-issued passport. Now that official government documentation is available, how long will the IOC be able to keep a lid on this scandal?"

the worst was in the individual vault where the chinese gymnast didn't even land on her second vault and still had a high enough score to win the bronze medal.

I was watching one of the vault things and a girl from Russia I think it was. Did her first one, and did ok. Her second one was almost perfect and they gave her a score of 0 a fucking ZERO. because some dyke bitch ugly as fuck judge was on a cell phone for some reason.

Dude it doesn't take a genius to know they are younger than 16 or at least the rule officially is 'they can be 15 if they turn 16 during the Olympics year-2008'. So they can technically be 15 if they turn 16 this year.

But I don't care how many "Asian girls are tiny and look younger' threads there are. Some of the girls on their team said they are 16-17 and they LOOKED IT, even with being skinnier than Americans you could tell by their faces. The ones that did not look 15 or 16 didn't look it by a longshot. They looked 13-14 tops. I would never have believed they were 16 no matter what.

Could be. But I would be shocked if anything comes of this. If China didn't host the games, I bet they would get their medals stripped. But China dumped billions into these games.
