CVS to html/php tool required

I have over 2500 sponser galleries in a CVS file and want to add these to my site.
They are in the format of Niche:URL:discription and i am looking for a tool that will take the CVS file and process it into seperate php/html gallery pages by niche that i can then incorporate into my site.
I would prefer a free tool rather than having to buy something cos im tight. lol

You mean CSV. CVS is a versioning tool; for that, there's cvsweb. I don't know of any free tools for converting csv, but you're welcome to abuse explode() at will. Good luck.

yeah, stupid me. I meant CSV file. as in the hosted gallerys exported from my sponser
