Screen Shot Software - Suggestions?
use the vista snipping tool
I decided against vista on my new machine.
I use Frame-Shots.com to make screen caps of videos. To make screen caps of the entire browser window or html page there is a nifty Firefox add-on called Picnik that works pretty well to capture even a whole web page that scrolls vertically off the bottom of your screen.

I'm not sure, but I think there is a really cool firefox plugin that works awesome for that. My partner keeps showing it to me but I have yet to install or use, but I hear it works great.

infranview has always been a cool little free viewer, but get ACDSee to do everything, must better

Anthony, SnagIt works great.
I use Snagit

Fast Stone screen capture...its a small little .exe that's the dog's knackers. Captures all sorts of window types including scrolling ones, explorer windows etc...
Using it for years but they've discontinued the free version...so you might a dig it out from somewhere. Give me a shout and I'll sort you out though :thumbsup |
Snag it - I use it all the time and it works great. Lots of great tools with it!!

I used to use ScreenGrab plugin for FireFox. That worked wonders... till I updated my browser and can't get the thing to install. :(
alt printscreen
there is a FIREFOX addon that does a really nice screenshot. It grabs the entire page in one shot - no matter how long the page it. Its a one click in the message bar at the bottom of the browser. I use it constantly!
