Anyone have to fill out a 2007 Economic Census?
 

They really want to know a lot about my business they even had a section for adult so I had to put 100% for that lol

If I dont mail it out in 2 weeks I risk a 5k fine :O

I thought the $5k fine was for filling out wrong information. I think it's a $100 fine for not filling out the form.

If the letter didn't come certified, you didn't get it.
