We had two gay guys in a neighborhood of mothers. We used to go over to their house just to enjoy the fact that they could put things on their coffee tables.

I'm not quite as sure about the decorating/home improvement abilities of lesbians though - your fact finding could just be for gay men :)

Anybody familar with Los Angeles 20 years ago will agree when it comes to the Silverlake and Echo Park areas. Once semi-ghettos, now chic areas.

And West Hollywood has become the 'West Bank' of Beverly Hills, style and price wise.

I wish some gays would move into my neighborhood and raise the values... :(
