As far as I remember, if more than some defined % of picture shows nudity it's porn. But I'd suggest you to read the Ukrainian law for it.

and oh yeah - kiev is no less cheap then any major western city. Not as bad as moscow but not cheap by any means at all either.

Don't do that unless you have a solid local police cover. There is some kind of law about it over there ... if you can speak of any kind of law in Ukraine at all. If you don't have police cover you are fucked.

Ukrainian girls are probably the hottest around :)

BUT don't even think about taking in camera equipement - I have been 4 times, and 3 of those trips something was stolen from my luggage (and padlocks cut off bag!). Luckily wasn't shooting just there on hols!

And as others suggest Kiev is not cheap, and you would need a local speaker as well.

And even though the girls are amazing, the hassle of shooting there for most apart from locals is too much, I would head to Prague or Budapest where the girls are also amazing - much better than most UK girls :)
