CF9000 not paying again?

"We are no longer receiving payments for the cf9000 dialer. Please remove all links that you have to it. We will be sending out an email with more info about this later today. Sorry for any problems this may have caused."

Does anyone know anything about this and if CF9000 is at least going to pay what is owed up to this point?

Also, anyone know any other good dialers to try with at least a weekly payout?
