WantedList Files Suit Against Shahan Ohanessian Over Xflix.com Purchase
With this action, WantedList is seeking relief from damages caused by entering a false business relationship with Ohanessian.

VAN NUYS - Adult DVD rental and video-on-demand service WantedList, Inc. announced Thursday that it has filed for arbitration against Shahan Ohanessian and Xflix, LLC over the asset purchase agreement of Xflix.com and his consulting agreement.

Among other things, the lawsuit alleges that the goods and services provided under the agreements were not delivered and that there was intent to defraud WantedList.

It was reported during the development of the case that one significant observation focused on Ohanessian rights surrounding Xflix. Apparently he did not have the full rights because it was in litigation in Los Angeles Superior Court against his former partner and brother-in-law Ghevont Tersakian.

"A lot of different things will be argued about this case from both sides," Anh Tran co-founder of WantedList said. "The one thing we do know for sure is that he signed this deal indicating that this company was free and clear of lawsuits and then midway through the case we find out he was mired in a major lawsuit over the assets of the company. We would never have moved forward with this deal knowing what we know today."

Danny Ting, co-founder of WantedList said he had high hopes for both the relationship and the technology provided by Xflix, LLC.

"The assets and services failed us time and time again," he said. "That's why we had to move away from their platform and onto our own proprietary one."

With this action, WantedList is seeking relief from damages caused by entering a false business relationship with Ohanessian.

Xflix was "suppose" to put me out of bussineess. Every year at the adult shows i keep seeing some new company that comes up and says they got the next VOD software and three months later i never see them again.

I've been in this biz for a long time and anyone that knows me knows that i'm a
honest straight forward person.

Shahan and I went through a simular situation in a bad business deal which cost
me lots of money.

I have never said anything bad about anyone on this board and the truth must come

We have been developing VOD software for 7 years and not a single sour deal / law suite / gfy flame war etc etc

I want to say as both a friend and someone who has done and have had successful business deals with Shahan that I have found him to be straight up and have never had any reason to think otherwise.

I know that in these cases I am sure there are two sides to each story.

one question does come to mind as I read this PR. How does one enter into a false business relationship?

I do hope that both parties can work out their differences and get back to real business relationships.

First of all, thanks to all of my friends who have called me, emailed me and offered me support. I really appreciate it.

As for Wantedlist: First, Ahn and Danny, you little Pussy Mother Fuckers (PMF). You knew I was out of the country and that I would not be able to respond to your BS PR campaign.

Fact: This case was JOINTLY filed under a joint stipulation.
Fact: This case has been in the arbitration system (JAMS) for well over 3 months.

So, why now? It appears clear that all you are trying to do is cause damage to my character and not benefit your case. Or is it that you know how bad your position is in the arbitration, so you are trying to play this game.

It appears that each of you have selective memory.

Fact: You and your attorney specifically asked me to take the matter out of state court and bring all of the pending matters to arbitration so it will not show up in the public because you claimed it would cause harm to you and whatever your companies
Fact: I agreed and I honored my commitment as I have always done.
Fact: You did not honor that agreement.

What’s this case all about? I claim you agreed to pay me under several agreements and that you broke your commitment, as you have done to me in the past, by not paying me what is owed to me. When I asked for the payments, you then claimed that you couldn’t make them. Now you claim I breached the agreements. Oddly, I never received a single email or correspondence from you saying that there was a problem . In fact, in our meeting, your own attorney asked you, in front of everyone, one to explain why you didn’t complain about a single thing and why you stopped making payments to me? We are all still waiting for that answer.

Now you have opened up a can of worms.. Since you brought this to the public, here is my offer, why not open the entire case on GFY or any other forum you want, where all the information and documents can be seen by all. All of your email asking for more time to pay, your claimed ‘re-structuring’ and all of your communications with other people about your financial issues. Then this matter will all be available to everyone to see. I have nothing to hide, do you?

Also, it’s amazing that you start this little PR blitz at the same time your little attorney is seeking a protective order to seal records in this case. WTF is that about especially after you first went public?

If you want to talk in public I am here. I’m not hiding. I am making you a reasonable offer to release ALL information and documents to the public so they can see what kind of little PUSSIES you really are.

I’m also looking forward to the upcoming arbitration hearing on whether he’ll remove the corporate veil you are trying to hide behind and make you PERSONALLY responsible for all of the damages you have caused me.

Manny, I expected this type of behavior from you. As you may recall, Nader told me in front of you that he couldn’t work with you at the same office because you are who you are. That says plenty. I guess you also forgot a couple of facts. Like, just a few months back, when you where having legal issues in Vegas, who the FUCK was the ONLY person who went with you to Vegas? Not only did I fight for you, but I spent days away from my business and family for you. I asked for nothing in return other than I wanted to help you because you were in trouble and needed me. You told me I was your brother, and no one had ever done that for you and you were very thankful. And when you asked me to get involved in NichePay because Nader was apparently messing it up and asked me to take over and help you, I did a lot of work for you to show you what real business men do. I did not ask for anything back. But I guess you are just like Nader, after you started owing me money and not paying, I then somehow became a different person. I like the fact you said what comes around goes around – well enjoy your ride.

I really hate to see this happening publicly. This is a private matter and benefits nobody to bring this to GFY or the mags. Shahan is a great friend of mine and I have been close with Nader for years as well. There is no reason for this BS to be going on. If you have problems with each other, work it out but not like this.

It saddens me as well. I have known and done business with Shahan for years now without a hitch so I do not recognize these traits at all. I hope the arbitration takes a good turn now although it seems tougher with these public comments. Mitch is right, this should not have been a public thing as now it seems to escalate because of it and truths might come out that serves no one involved any good. :Oh crap

If you’d like to stick to the facts, then please do so. The things you stated in your last post are not facts, at best they’re your own interpretation of the current situation, and at worst they are false. The legal proceedings will decide on these items.

Regardless of what you say or your interpretations, this comes down to CREDIBILITY – and you have none. You started our business partnership with a lie. How can anything else you say now be trusted?

What we’ve stated, is a matter of public record. You were being sued by your former partner and brother-in-law for Xflix. Then you signed a contract with WantedList stating that Xflix was free and clear of litigation against it.

Despite all of your meanderings, you still do not address this issue.

Thank you also for taking the time to create an acronym (PMF) for us. It would have been great if you spent as much time on your projects with us as you did writing this post.

What kind of good business man uses terms like PMF and cursing while writing a response to a serious issue with his credibility on the line. I really love the people that are backing this guy up on the forums maybe after you read his post you know who you are really dealing with.
