I was looking at CNN.com and I stumbled on this article. It appears Julia lived a double life. I wonder if this will be reflected in the coming biopic.

That was pretty cool of her. Who would've thought that the woman who taught Americans how to make quiche on tv also used to send anti-Nazi intelligence documents in France during WWII?

Yeh this has been "out" for a longtime. I did not quite understand the news headlines yesterday.

She was basically a glorified office manager. It isn't like she was running around shooting people...

I feel as though all these years of brownie recipes have been a lie. She was on tv for like ever.

I only read the tagline of this thread and thought she was a secret Open Source Software advocate.
