I am just watching a documentary about Orangutans on TV. In Borneo there was an Orangutan held as sex slave for humans. How sick is that?

There are tens of thousands of young girls held as sex slaves, who get murdered if they try to escape.

And you're worrying about an orangutan. Typical.

Lookup Evil World Syndrome it comes from small minded people watching too much tv and clips like that.

Everything else in nature has a harmony with one another. Humans are a plague on this planet. Luckily, with the burning fossil fuels (tons of carbon), the greenhouse effect and corporate greed, we will be ensuring out extinction in another century or so.

There are some deranged people in the world.

Do you really think greenhouse gas caused global warming is going to cause the extinction of humans on the planet in the next hundred years or so?

It actually turned out that the bees haven't disappeared... I read an article about it the other day with an update. It's all good for now, they are watching though.

We humans have this crazy thing about us that allows us to innovate when problems arise.

The only thing shocking about this is how people still consider themselves different/better than animals. We've evolved differently is all.

For example, many aspects of an ant are superior to humans, including their strength-to-mass ratio and ability to communicate via pheromones (to name a few).

Many lizards can regenerate lost limbs or tails, they have been doing this for millenia. We cannot do this yet perfectly (artifically through science/medicine is almost there though).

There are thousands of other examples, you catch my drift. Humans simply are the more arrogant race on the planet :)

What makes you think that ants aren't more arrogant? Is it the fact that you can't understand the pheromone signals they're sending?

No!! Really??

Human beings are inherently evil. The only thing that keeps society the way it is are rules and laws. If there were no laws for the next 50 years the entire human species would revert back to what they truly are -- evil beings living in total chaos.

That´s REALLY sick!

I think there is not ONE reallity for the human condition. Every single life is an universe, and each universe can become anything. In fact, this is a system, for each "evil mind" must be one "sane mind".

All I can say is I agree, we are a virus to our own planet. If the orangutan was "OK" with having sex with people, they would not have needed to chain her up, eferrigng to ability to reason and make choices. Child prostitution is bad and so is this, innocence of children or animals should be left alone.
