Int. Webmasters - ACPay V's Globill
For International webmasters without a US / EU presence ............running out of options...
Quick fee comparison of my top two prospects... Processing Fee - $0 - $5,000 p/wk: AC Pay - 14.5% Globill - 15.95% Rolling Reserve: AC Pay - 0% Globill - 10% No, it ain't spam... Any one got any better options? :helpme |
www.probilling.com is only 9.5% I believe, and they have merchant bank accounts in every Visa region (I'm not sure about Canada though).
They are also run by one of the big names in the online gambling industry, so they have big money and experience in the 'high risk' billing area. |
I am going to ACPAY. They ONLY downside I see with them is that they don't allow you to generate random passwords for the users. :/

ACPAY seemed pretty professional when I talked to them, looks like they know what they're doing. I hear people say the same about probilling. I will only consider probilling if they change their ridiculous join pages. Compare these:
ACPAY: https://secure.acpay.com/apply/apply...=1&resellerid= Probilling: https://www.probilling.com/pos/index.cfm?pon=1025884 I have a gut feeling the ACPAY one easily converts 5 % better to make up for the 14.5 - 9.5 % processing difference. Just a gut feeling, haven't tested anything... I read somewhere Probilling will allow users to customize join pages in the next few weeks though. |

AC Pay has no reserve because they pay 3 weeks behind. Very professional company, they know their stuff. You WILL get more approvals through them. More than the big 3 etc.. All that really matters is approval ratio and stability of the company. And I think AC Pay will be ahead of the majors in no time. |
You know what, the probilling guys could really evolve their service into a good and visually appealing product. It's not that hard to program a few different join forms that actually LOOK good. The forms they have now look rather crappy to me.
Also fixing that affiliate program shouln't be that hard. I will keep watching probilling over the next few months. For now, ACPAY seems a good choice for me being a Euro webmaster. I will sign up with them in around 2 weeks. So you say ACPAY's scrubbing is better huh? Sounds good to me ;) |
the probilling join page looks like it would fit on a gay site

I asked probilling about customization of their join page. Here's what they had to say:
"We are currently developing our customizable Point of Sale pages and these could be available as early as next week. Merchants currently have the option of using an API, which can be used to prepopulate these POS fields, as well as forward the payment method variable, skipping the first POS page with the payment method drop down. I know that you will have the option of using generated usernames, I will confirm with our IT team that we can generate passwords ass well and send an email to you when this is confirmed." Doesn't sound bad I'd say. I will keep them on my watch list. |
I think the probilling signup page is good (except for that first page that asks the payment type)
The actual signup page is good https://www.probilling.com/pos/collectCCInformation.cfm |
Yeh....I just signed with ACpay and might back it up with Probilling when they fix those forms..:thumbsup
Adios CCbill / Ibill....it's been a pleasure...:sadcrying |
Well according to what the probilling dude said you can circumvent that method of payment page and send the surfer directy to the form to enter his personal data.
But seriously, the page looks a little crappy. The background looks like :waaaaahh |
For those of you who are keeping an eye on probilling, I'd just like to let you know that the POS customization is implemented and has been available for about a week now. Merchants are able to customize all of the colors (at the hexidecimal level), font faces, font sizes, page alignment, button images and logo images. From what we can tell we have the most customizable POS available in the industry.
We have also trimmed down the POS forms to 1 page, so you are able to skip the first "Payment Method" selection page. Basically, you can send the user directly to the credit card information form, and once they fill everything out they only have one button to click before getting the "Thank You" page. Merchants that choose to use our POS API can even have the "Thank You" page skipped and have the user redirected back to their site as soon as the transaction is processed. Thanks for your indirect feedback on these issues, we're in this business to help you guys make money, so let us know how else we can do so. Email your suggestions to [email protected]. |
Actually, remember that Probilling went down last week.
And since they came back online... they are declining way more then they used to.... Just to keep everyone in the know.... |
Hi,
Now you all used ac pay or probliing for some weeks, how are they? What do you like, what don't you like? Andre |
I've used Globill for over a year, and they're reliable. I'm also using ACPay, and everything is fine so far. I've been with the ACPay parent company (AdultCheck) for 5 years and feel they're one of the better companies out there.
