Bump for suggestion by Bird, I have used both programs and both are really good. SUPER is free and open source, Video Charge is a small price to pay for the massive amount of features it has, almost like a webmasters Swiss Army Knife.

Pretty basic and simple to use software , works fine for me when I need something done fast.
