Acquiring a stolen nuclear bomb doesn't make you dangerous. It's not like there's an on/off switch on the thing. That's why the missing Russian suitcase nukes everyone fears are basically harmless...they don't come with a cell phone that detonates it, like 24.

i wouldn't be suprised if they used them on foreign soil to do some stuff that they can blame on someone else
