How many photo sets and videos are standard for opening a solo girl site these days? I'm talking about the day it opens, how much content should be inside? How much if half of the content is hardcore?

Depends on the girl really and if people are waiting on her site to join or if it's going to be marketed as a new girl. If people are waiting then whatever will work, 20 picture sets and 10 videos would be enough I'd say. But if the girl is new then bump that up to like 30 picture sets and 15 videos.

Don't make the mistake of charging a grand opening price that doesn't rebill because you don't have enough content. If you do that you risk losing a lot of people who sign up and rebill just because they're too lazy/rich to cancel.
