Ok, so I got a real design, as my last one looked like it was designed by monkeys. Drunk monkeys. Who don't know how to do web design.

Now, I've got the design (http :// yetanotherpornsite . com/), I've been doing gallery submissions to try and bring a little traffic (and hopefully cash) back to the domain, I've gotten added to a few submitters, so I'm getting galleries....but now what? Should I just whore myself out for link trades? Buy traffic? Spam the bejeezus out of my front page with affiliate banners?

I've done gallery submissions a few years ago with a moderate amount of success, but this is my first foray into running a full-blown TGP. Any and all advice would be helpful and welcome. Thanks.

Are you using a tgp script for the backend?? looks like ya might be just using html should get a tgp script help with productivity and so forth if your not using one.

get link trades and a trade script setup so you can skim the traffic to your galleries. Also, are you adding those gals by hand? Look into getting smart thumbs and Arrow trader setup. Without a trading script and a tgp script, you're not going to make any money.

Darkhorse, mattz: thanks for the replies. I'm currently using TGPX for the site. It's not just straight HTML - I'm not THAT insane. =)

Gals are not being added by hand - I have TGPX and they're submitted by others. Some of them are FHGs with my own affiliate code, some of them are galleries that I've submitted to other sites, but most of them are submissions from others.

Sorry if these are somewhat retarded questions. Like I said...first time running a TGP. =/

Ok, so far, I've integrated Smart Thumbs with TGPX, and I think all is well with that. I've also added the Arrow Trader Lite III, and am...well, frankly, that one seems a little daunting, but I'm muddling through. If you have any advice for setting it up, I'm all ears. =)

Once you've set up the whole skim thing you can start trades with other tgp's. To feed your trades you'll need to buy some traffic at first.

I've got the skim thing set up, and am looking for trades as we speak. Once I get a few, I'll buy some traffic to jump start it. Any recommendations on traffic? Such as: who to buy from, what kind of traffic to buy, how much, etc? There are a few companies out there that buy/sell traffic, so if you have any personal experience, I'd be curious to hear it. Thanks again.
