Annoying ActiveX warning pop up, how to get rid of it?

When you disable activex in IE 7 and you go to a page that uses activex you get that annoying pop up that says "this page uses activex some features will not work properly". I have searched the internet to find a solution and none of them work. Does anyone here know how to disable that annoying pop up from happening?
