For me, like the last half hour since woke from nap.

Yes it's fucked, and this is EXACTLY why you shouldn't rely on a free email service for your business.

Anyone who uses gmail is now fucked.

And I laugh at you and your inability to pay someone 20 bucks a year to handle your email.

I use more than one e-mail service toots, and I do not recall telling you I used gmail for business or not.

I simply asked if anyone else's gmail was down also, as I mine was.

Gmail works fine here.

.mac and .me email was down here for a good part of the morning but is back up.

First time in like a year that G-mail's been down that i've actually noticed and i'm on the computer alot. Who cares - downtime happens for everyone, whether your paying for it or not. :2 cents:

You'd be right, except for one tiny thing: gmail has better uptime than most paid services.

We use Google Apps, including Gmail for our business. We've never seen it down. I've never seen it down either since I started using Gmail about 4 years ago.

im having problem with it too.. this sucks!

2 are down for me, others are up. Seems like a few routing/db servers went down. Shouldn't be long.

Well now it's even worse. Things seemed to be back to normal so I logged in and started to reply to an email. When I tried to send it, it popped up an error message and then wouldn't even let me save it as a draft. Gmail went down for a few more minutes, and when it came back up, the email I tried to send appears in the conversation thread but not on my sent items page, so I have idea if it actually went through or not.

I don't use gmail for serious stuff, but I can understand people's frustration.
