How to add a sound file to a banner or page?

Been searching on google for it but no luck. Never ever thought I'd want to add an annoying sound file to a page or banner but It's for a client ^^. Help is appreciated. :)

For the banner it would have to be flash based, and flash audio would be ideal too, but you can also use an iframe displaying an html with an embedded audio for the banner, and same for the page: http://www.world-voices.com/resources/addaud.html

Don't say big thanks. Because the second part is completely missleading. And you will be wasting your time.

It is done with flash don't use any other method.

He did say it's annoying - but clients are clients :-/

And I do know flash is the way to go, but there are also clients who don't want flash and that's a way to do it even if shitty :-/
