Ah you are clueless as to how Russians work right? Let me fill you in. You have a number of redirect domains that affiliates link through, than you have landing page domains (which contain the actual site). The minute one of the actual sites gets pulled, you change the htaccess on the redirect domains to a new landing page domain. Won't be down more than 5 minutes!

last time i was in their members area the encoders were pretty poor. this might not be true anymore but... why make a site with poorly encoded content?

They have to collect payment some way. Most sponsors and a lot of gateways are in countries that are NOT Russian. So you can knock out their ability to make money. That's not to say they can't continue to pay for their bandwidth out of their own pocket, but if it's not profitable, then most will stop.

There is more than one way to address the original posters subject chief. Domains are one, but there are plenty of other ways to close them down.

Furthermore, you are apparently clueless about ICANN's rules. Most of the people doing content theft are not using correct WHOIS info, which is a violation of ICANN rules. So you can report them. So they lose their domain for fraud.

Which was the original point toots. But as I said, there is more than ONE way to get them if you really wanted, and most do not even try.
