Mainstream non-adult sponsors?

I am looking for some of these in addition to adult. When you are use to getting 50 bucks per sing up or 65% revshare, a 10% commission on the sale of a book or a CD doesn't look too attractive. Why are mainstream sponsors so CHEAP?

I hate it when people confuse the term "mainstream" up and how if you ask for general mainstream sponsors, you expect answers.

Mainstream is the whole economy minus adult.

Mainstream is everything. People group adult as though its 90% of the world market and mainstream is the other 10%

What on earth do you mean mainstream sponsors are so cheap? Have you just pulled that %10 figure from 1 sponsor? I have heard of mainstream sponsors that pay 10k a sale for goods.

sorry rant over.
If you try and be more specific on what page you are selling on, i will try and help.

I didn't necessarily EXPECT answers, but I was interested to know what other web-masters are doing in the non-adult market. There is no smarter fish in the waters of the net than you guys, adult web-masters; you are always at the cutting edge when it comes to making $$ and the NON-ADULT mainstream has copied a lot of what you do.

i am looking for sponsors like amazon.com and places like that to dell CDs and books on music and movie sites and blogs I am working on. My problem in the past was that after a while, it gets boring looking at pics of nude women all day long. I want to get revenue from multiple sources.

I understood his post completely I do not know why you had to write that huge rebuttal.

I read that ebay affiliate program is really good... I don't really do business with mainstream, but for my personal sites I use ValueClickMedia and I'm happy enough...

GadgetSpots, the mainstream sister network to AdultGadgetSpots.com, heralds a new approach to collaborative online ad networking. GadgetSpots is a free membership based ad network that distributes advertising "gadget spots" on "gadgets" that are installed on the entire network of member’s websites.

GadgetSpots was the first online advertising network to share ad displays amongst its members on different levels. The basic version is totally free to join and participate.

Network members collaborate by displaying gadgets on their websites that display categorized ads. Unlike other ad networks, GadgetSpots members do not bid for position or gain bonus ad displays based on the amount of ad displays their own websites generate. Ad displays are distributed to members relative to the membership they hold. Free members share 25% of network ad displays and subscribed members share 75% of network ad displays.

A major benefit to GadgetSpots members is the 2-tier affiliate program structure built into the system - referring members can earn monthly recurring commissions for the subscribed memberships they refer from the links displayed at all times with their referral in their displayed "gadgets". The affiliate referral structure is is an innovative addition for members, and to the best of my knowledge, there is no other ad network that offers any such a feature to its publishers.

You at least owe it to yourself and your traffic to check out www.GadgetSpots.net today !
