Sure, it's between the buyer and seller, BUT for me, if I see a url/site, I'm gonna have a look at it and if it's interesting, I'll consider buying it.

IF there's no url posted, I don't even bother emailing, I just move along, which i'm sure there's many others that do the same thing. This is the SELL and BUY area of the board, so if people are looking, there's a chance they're interested in buying.

AND your theory of keeping it secret, if everyone that views this thread asks what the url is, they're all gonna know, so what's the difference if it's posted or hidden.
