I need a kick ass designer to design a banner for me asap

will pay well and with epassporte.

You need to have a brain and know what converts, and as I stated we will find the right price, just need a really good banner.

It's just the last couple of designers I had had huge delays in delivery and made sloppy work and I got quite exited here when I just got state of the art work and very very quickly :)
