The webmasters that cannot understand that video probably don't know how to convert ebony traffic either. One of my email lists is an ebony mass mail list and as Sir Mix A Lot put it---"She gotta have back" to convert.

Converting ethnic traffic is an art. "Mainstream" standards of beauty need to be checked at the door to convert Asian, Ebony, and Latin traffic.
