How do I make a HORIZONTAL website that scrolls like this...

I want to make something similar to this... when you click the links to various sections, the background shifts to the left or right along with parts of the page..

Anyone have a tutorial?

close but not exactly, although it's a great way to do it. The main difference is that not only it slides, but loads content accordingly to the choice you select and the content in the foreground doesn't slide, just the bg. if you had the foreground sliding with mootools slider you'd have an horizontal scrolling bar, so this is just a js div slide and a z-index centered div over it which changes content as in any regular site
