Huh? The court's judgment is public record. How is that personal?

failing to defend yourself in a lawsuit against you by somebody in the industry and getting a default judgement slapped against you is hardly people's personal details.

posting somebody is cheating on their wife/husband, has an illness etc - those are personal details that shouldn't be outed

I think what your lawyer must have told you (that there's a 50-50 chance to collect) must have been an overstatement.

The chance to collect looks more like the ratio of debt judgement to fees.
