partnership for setting ccbill account
 

I am in Europe, but not part of visa EU region, so ccbill cant process visa for my sites. So, I thinking to partner up with someone who can open ccbill account. Is this possible? I wish all to be legal and clean.
My sites now work with Verotel Ticketclub, and this is ok, but, their affiliate area suck, this is a fact.
So, advices needed.
