Do they have the death penalty in any of those states?

Even if they do, i think execution is too good for in.

Here's my idea for punishment:

- Get a sniper to shoot out his kneecaps and maybe a finger or five
- Make him walk to jail (at least 100 miles)
- Don't provide any medical care for him
- Let him die of gangrene.

Sniper him in every limb by all family members who he shot at. I would love to see that child he shot get his revenge by shooting the sniper back for what he did.

uh...dude, we live in Canada. If this happened in, say, Winnipeg...the guy would get a stern lecture about gun control.

It's no secret we have a unit full of crazy fuckers like him doing dirty work all over the world.

I have personally known one. When he came back he wasn't right in the head for years. He was a military sniper. He used to sit in trees undetected and 'rest' for hours. They called him back one day and no one, including his family, knows where he is and hasn't known since he left 2 years ago.

I figure whatever crazy stuff the government has the guy I know doing, the government could use this talented sniper character for something even dirtier.

Put a gps like homing device in his spleen and track him as he goes and kills all the people we want done like Saddam, Osama and many, many others.

There's no reason to waste good talent.

It will be interesting to see if they confess. Both of these guys seem like total oddballs. Probablly give the 17yr old a plea bargain to turn on the other guy.

Then give that guy a speedy trial, and hopefully death soon after.

I'm not really sure what they should do but I know a very long painfull death would be in mind. I feel for everyone that has been fucked by this son of a bitch.

One of the 'experts' was explaining that when charged..if it goes to trial, they'll likely be tried in Maryland and Virginia separately. Not sure how DC works. They'd likely do Maryland's first since they started there. Montgomery county Maryland's death penalty is up in the air right now. In Virginia, I believe they said you have to be convicted of two separate counts of murder to be considered for the death penalty. All depends on how they try the case there.
