USD vs EUR
 

What do you guys think about the outlook on the dollar? Think it's going to continue trending up against the EUR? or start heading back down...

well i have a degree in economics and i am telling you it is the best time to be dumping earning euro and solely switching over to usd, also tanking of the canadian economy is eminent.

A degree? Ah shit.. lost all credibility.

Not clear for me (cool colors though).... It's very up and down.. so I would think the USD is gonna head back down..

No way to know so why even guess

Each line (rainbow) is a moving average so the long term trend is up not down on the daily chart. I trade short and long all day long though so don't care much about long term direction.

So if you had money in EUR would you hold on to it (assuming you want to exchange within a couple weeks) or convert now?

Short term looks down so I would convert.

Edit. You could also hedge a little by converting half now and half when you need it.

What software are you using for those charts?

I hope the dollar gets better but the USA is continuing to spend 25% more then they bring in from tax revenue and that will always drive the dollar down.

I think the dollar will be a little bit stronger in November but then get even weaker in February next year.

I think the usd is going to start getting better if gas prices go down.
