yeah me too.. what is it about? i havent clicked...
I am getting them and i'm pretty sure I know who is doing it or who sold that e-mail address because it was only used for 1 sign up to 1 porn site 2 years ago..
Boatloads. It sends you to a video page and asks you to download a browser plugin. If it were porn, people would be up in arms!
got it too...but its already filtered in my Gmail SPAM folder
Yup, same here
luckily I moused over the links and didn't click anything...it's actually pretty damn clever....sucks to think people that are less net savvy have probably been clicking in droves.... |
I keep getting them and have really been wondering what the deal was...
Well that is actualy very funny mail.Of course i didnt clicked on it but those top 10 news are realy funny.

I get TONS of them. |
The headlines are obviously designed to get people to click, and therefore install the virus. There have been similar emails recently with fantastic subjects, just the kind that people would click on to read further.
I wonder how many infected machines they've gained from doing this. It's a vicious cycle because it means they then have more machines to spam from, which means more infections, which means ... |

Gmail spam filter is working fine and dandy :)!
The spammers are finally getting some brains. I just got that one on Monday and thought it was pretty clever. But I knew it was spam because it was addressed to an e-mail I only used for gallery submissions. I'm pretty sure every site I've ever submitted a gallery to sells e-mail addresses.
Well, i have to say its smarter than the usual spam i get.

They're being sent to all the e-mails I've used when signing up for NATS programs.
I get the occasional one. :)
I'm getting them too. ugh
Ruh-roh...
I think I might have clicked a fuccker... what's it install? :D |
yep I am getting owned by them too, 10 today
Yep, I almost fell for their bullshit "need a codec" install. All I could think about was how many people installed their crap, hope its not the same exploit that changes affiliate codes.
Ugh...been getting tons of them too.
I only get them to my webmaster email, not any of my personal accounts. The webmaster account has only been passed out to a few NATS based programs but it wouldn't have been difficult for someone to scrape it from GFY either.
5-6 times a day..
someone take one for the team and install the flash. see what porn site it loads too
I'm getting hundreds of those a day.
yeah never clicked it though

Yep getting them, one mailer must be hitting hard
How about the latest "Internet Explorer 7" email.... says its' from "[email protected]" and has a link to:
http://****.ifrance.com/*****/Paris-nude-video.avi.exe (edited to prevent people from clicking |
Made a new rule and moved them directly to trash. Thank god they use they same subject line.
