Well, back in the early 70's my brother in law followed his echoes home. He was high on acid, found himself stranded downtown with no means of transportation. Every time he said something he heard his voice echo off a building, so he decided to follow his echoes.

Fucker made it home and woke up the next morning in his own bed.

I believe this was the forerunner to the GPS.

you know ... unless you have been totally ripped on LSD I am not sure you totally get the true thought that was going through his head ... this was by the sounds of it "an amazing" trip ..

a few years ago on a new years eve my best bro and myself were having a decent get together at his place ..wives .. friends .. the usual new years deal .. and well .. we were high .. actually really high on LSD and over at the back patio window looking out at the mountains in the moonlight at some area's where i would like to build a new house ..I made a comment about an area to the west and raised my arm and hand to point to the exact area ... well .. we were no more than 2' from the glass doors and I watched my hand go through the glass door as I raised it exactly like it would have through water until it had passed shoulder height and I pulled my arm back ............. amazed I looked at my buddy with HUGE WIDE EYES .....he looked back at me and said " holy shit .. do that again " ... I chuckled and just stepped back thinking it was to good to be true .. we decided to go back into the kitchen and check on the woman .. lol

I did that once too... and have a nice 4" gash in my arm as collateral damage... Way less water like in my case... just young, drunk, and out of luck.
