My original post a week ago, he said he would return my oney.

He emailed me with the threat of litigation after I made the original post, said his stats were down (don't know what the has to do with delivering the traffic) he said he would send a WU to me the next day, no money and no reply from then.

The little bullshit artist. Because I WU'ed the cash, so now I can post his contact inforomation:
