I have been with you for 4+ years and never had a problem at all .. last week I uploaded a site design in my home directory, and over wrote my portfolio, OOOPS .. I was at my dentist when I got a call from a client, that my site was going to a hairy thong tgp, I had just designed lol ....

I called and within 10 mins my site was back up (Thank God For Back-ups) .... Thanks again for the uptime webair ... I submit galls every night too, so my server gets drilled with traffic, and if I need more BW they ask me, and it is rock solid at all times ...


Just a side note, go to webair when you get your own box, and write at any hour during the night.. the live 24/7 tech is always on and will chat lol :) They have even helped me install scripts at 3am :thumbsup

I knew my site was back up .. Sooo, I went on my way home, I filled up with gas, and went home lol

Webair are totally and utterly on my SHITLIST right now. The only one of the hosting companies I use who have fucked up majorly TWICE in the last month.

webair sucks... i cant even get a decent blowjob from their techs...

The overnight techs rock. Someone has always picked up the phone and handled my problem instantly when I need help. I almost always call between 3 and 5am so that says a lot.

sounds to me like they are just doing their job, does that need a thumbsup?? looks like this thread is a compensation for the 99% of webair threads that are negative.... I sure as hell would never host at them.

i gots 3 load balanced clusters wit them, pushin close to 500 mbps nows. By far da most solid host i ever used an i used em all! you got needs for dedicated or complex setups dis is da company to go wit period

I've been dealing with their support in the last few days. They seem to be on top of things as far as that is concerned and will do things a lot of other companies won't. Bandwidth is a bit slow though.
