yes, you make lots of sense. that is why America is often compared to Communist China. people are just pulled off the street at random and persecuted for "Crimes Against The People" and usually are executed shortly thereafter. Mostly it is done to sell their organs on the black market. a good liver or heart can get 50K or more.

its definately a setup. he clearly has nothing to do with it and the media will certainly not follow the story, so a "setup" will be super easy to pull off because obviously no one seems to be interested in this case.

Yes, it's so easy to get the FBI, the local police, and the media to all work together in order to pull off a setup and cover-up.

Well, if the shooter keeps on shooting, you get to say "I told you so." If they pick up someone wrong, the REAL shooter will of course want to prove he's still on the loose, because he's obviously an attention whore.

Have you ever heard someone fire a .223? It sounds like a cannon going off.

You're probably not going to be able to determine which exact direction it's coming from if you're in the local vicinity.

The only way would be if they actually seen the muzzle flash.

Think about that a second.... the sound would be somewhat muffled being in the trunk, wouldn't you think? Also in the panic people would duck for at least 5-10 seconds. If the kid was driving away, and everyone popped up looking in the woods, or for a white van, the car would not draw much attention!

i grew up with many guns. i had several Ruger Mini-14's which use the .223 round. it is very very loud. however when you are shooting in the direction of a building for example and more than a couple hundred yards away, you will hear the echo of the report off the building and surrounding structures. if he was firing from inside a van or car... i.e. the back seat of the car folds down and he is shooting from the back seat through a hole in the trunk, it would muffle the sound considerably and also make it harder to really say what direction it came from.

the guy clearly knew what he was doing and everything was VERY well though out or he would not have been able to do it so many times and have no one know exactly where the shot came from... WHILE being able to slip away undetected.

if you have ever had a high caliber bullet whiz past your head, you will know that it is not the same as seeing it from a distance and being able to know what direction it came from. combine that sensation with watching someone get shot, a muffled report form being fired from inside a vehicle, no muzzle flash, no lingering gun smoke in the air and having the echo off of surrouding buildings would make it really difficult to know where it came from. this is the biggest reasons for only firing one shot.

other than that, i think that the resident GFY homocide, investigative, forensic and ballistic experts are correct and it is all a setup where once again "The Man" is just trying to oppress the black man and keep him down.
