epass alternative?
 

epass says you have to either have a visa or a us chequing account to sign up. Is this right or did I miss something? I'm Canadian so the bank account is out and I use Mastercard and I can't get a visa.

Epass seems to be the standard in adult, is there anything else that people use?

but I still can not pay anyone unless I have a US chequing account or a visa, or make a sale for a sponsor and get money deposited, right? I don't have time to push sponsors just so I can buy something :(

as for payoneer I've never heard of that before, it doesn't sound like a whole lot of people will accept it.

You probably need to transfer $5 to ePassporte for activation - that's why they asking for Visa or US cheque account. I'm not sure about that though.
If I'm right, account can also be activated if someone with active ePassporte account will transfer these $5 to your account.

Unless you are also a 'gift account', in which case, you can't do shit, even if you hit up Michael O.

Not really an alternative, you can't do P2P payments and loading of funds isn't instant.

Well yah but therein lies my problem...I don't want the account to receive money, I want it to be able to pay people and if I don't have a us chequeing or visa the only option is the one you listed: having someone else put money on there. Not really a viable long term solution.

I dont think there is any alternative beacuse there is very little sponsors which uses payoneer or revupcard.But in future who knows.

If you want to use it only to pay people, then you can simply open a business account with Epassporte, it can be funded by wire transfer from any bank account in the world, as long as it's in your name.
