C'mon All You BlacksonBlondes Ass Clowns

BWAHAHHAAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHH......... come out come out wherever you are. Where's KMANSUX?

Yes of course BlacksonBlondes licenses their content, according to many highly respected individuals like KMANSUX and other toads BOB has very secret agreements with the top interracial video producers in the San Fernando Valley. So secret that BlacksonBlondes webmaster/thief can't list these producers in a #2257 notice on his website. Oh my........it appears that there is no longer ANY #2257 notice on BOB. I guess after I mocked it here a few weeks ago Mr. Thief turfed it.

This from LukeFord.com, which is owned in part by Anabolic Video, makers of many fine interracial feature videos.

********************************************

Jules Jordan Writes: The difference between BlacksOnBlondes and Dogfarter is that Dogfarter.com was granted permission by me. BlacksOnBlondes illegally used my copywritten content from my movies. However, Dogfarter was given permission. I'm also well aware they have been granted permission by several companies.

**********************************************

AHAHAHHHAHHAHHAHHHA........................BWAHAHA HAHHHHAHHAHHAHAAHHAHAH............................ ..

Too fucking rich. BOB Thief has been threatening Dogfarter with lawsuits for ripping off his site and Dogfarter is the one who actually has legal content!!

BLACKONBLONDES was a thief..................he is a thief.............and he will alway be a thief. Suck on it KMAN, suck it hard bitch!

And now it's time to start exposing all the other thieves. I hear one of them is about to get hit with a nice fat lawsuit.

You listenin up there in T0roNTeR! MUAHAHAHHAHAHHHAHHAHAH..................

DeluxePass your ass is next.

quiet 10-24-2002 03:43 PM

okay. is someone suing them or something?

Mutt 10-24-2002 03:47 PM

quiet

the adult video people barely know what the Internet is, they've been getting screwed forever and it's now 2002 and they still don't know anything. I would bet that Anabolic won't sue and if
BOB offered them 25 dollars and roll of Lifesavers they'd be satisfied.

From what I hear the adult video biz is struggling with people bouncing checks all over the place. And we're not talking big checks either.

Take a look at the menagerie of freaks who run that biz and you can see how easy it is to fuck them over.

Most AV companies don't care. BOB has been at it for quite some time and I've been hearing that although their retention sucks, they push somewhere around 50k members.

Brown Bear 10-24-2002 06:14 PM

I would love to be sitting in the court room for that lawsuit just to hear lawyers and judges say the word "dogfarter"

I would be the one snickering uncontrollably in the back of the room. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

m0rph3us 10-24-2002 06:16 PM

It's cool though because dogfarter.com just jacked oxcash's TOS on their manpage. It's all good! :)

Mutt 10-24-2002 06:24 PM

who cares how many members he has. he's a thief.

it's just an example of what you can do if you wanna get real dirty. You can just suck down his whole site, set up processing, and open your doors for business. Since you're not paying for content and you don't have to worry about getting your ass sued, you can do a 80% partnership and still make some great money.

hmmmmmm.............. off to go look for a good interracial domain now!:winkwink:

not all of them. think hustler. i've done many deals with them over the years, and they are (obviously) huge in the video business.

if it's hurting their business, they should do something about it. period.

CDSmith 10-24-2002 06:28 PM

I've been saying Kboy is an assclown for over a year now. You're just now figuring out that I was right?

Mutt 10-24-2002 06:45 PM

quiet, there are a handful of video companies that are run professionally on and off the web and have had success on the Net. Hustler only started making money when they hired Ken Lawson to manage their web properties. It was a total disaster before then, i knew the guy who did their live feeds for them. Red ink was gushing. Vivid also professional. Wicked too. Homegrown too.

But most of these video companies are run by grifters and space cadets, living hand to mouth. It's a rough business, not like the Adult Internet at all. Most of the companies that are getting ripped off are either too stupid or stoned to do anything about it, or don't have the money to have a lawyer on retainer to watch over copyright theft.

Hustler produces your mpeg movies?

Larry Flynt did a radio interview with Serge about a year ago arranged by Webquest. One of the questions I gave Serge to ask Flynt was about protecting his copyrights in the digital world, Serge asked him what his strategy was. He was pretty blaise about it, he said he had no strategy, he basically accepted that his shit was going to be ripped off and there wasn't much he could do about it. He didn't mention he had people policing the situation, no BAY TSP , no legal actions , nada.

again, if it's hurting your business, go after them.

that's my entire point. if it's hurting, you go after them (if you're smart, and operate a real business). some third party bitching about it does nothing.

lol.

Pornwolf 10-24-2002 06:58 PM

I don't understand why the medium and big video companies don't have the largest sponsor programs?

Can anyone explain that to me?

Are they really that fucking stupid?

Krome 10-24-2002 07:00 PM

I am pretty sure BOB have ripped off every video titla a mate of mine has ever made. I know that he has not done any internet licensing yet he is all over there members section.

He is Omar from www.omarsclub.com.

m0rph3us 10-24-2002 07:03 PM

The companies in AV that do ok are too busy getting their dicks sucked by gorgeous blondes day in and day out. They get pretty good cash from video sales and just spend all time filming.

The AV companies that don't make $, don't have $ to sue.

Who really cares? If someone is not going to do anything to protect their property and truly doesn't care about their property, then wtf difference does it make?

You leave your door wide open, someone walks in and steals your tv, then you see them walking down the street with it and you still don't try to stop them?

Big deal.

Then the last remaining question would be, how's your aim these days?

I say sue first, post about it later.

That's the attitude that got the online adult industry the fucked reputation it has. Those in the industry who cannot be named have said exactly the same thing about people with credit cards. "If they don't watch for fraud on their own cards, then why should anyone care if I triple charge them?"

I hope you are just being sarcastic. If not, then should we assume that the companies you work for would try to rip people off as long as you didn't think they'd notice? Skimming signups and stealing content isn't that different in the end.

Kimmykim 10-24-2002 10:28 PM

Nope, I am not being sarcastic. If someone won't protect their intellectual property then it's their problem if they lose it. There are so many ways to do it easily, one being the ever popular APIC, that there is no excusing letting it go -- especially if someone is aware of it for a period of time. If we catch you stealing our FreshPhotos content, we'll come after you, at the least have it taken down, but if we can get reparations for the theft, we'll do that as well. That is and has been our policy from day one. If I see someone else's content being stolen, I'll tell them about it -- then it is up to them to do something, it's not my issue, I was at least nice enough to tell them where I saw it.

Now, let's take credit card scamming, which is not at all akin to content theft.

Credit cards are NOT intellectual property, they are symbols of physical property and currency. Consumers should, and usually are, aware of what they pay for with their cards, regardless of what they say when they charge back, and it is their job to watch their statements.

We don't do business with known scammers, we don't do business with people we think to be scammers. That is how we treat the issue. If processors, banks, or the cc's know someone is a scammer, THEY should terminate processing for said company, no different than anything else.

kevinl 10-24-2002 11:22 PM

well I know [email protected] has joined my site before so not all the studios sit back and let you use their stuff.

You can get full length licensed dvds for use on the web for about $200.00 so why get hassled?

I ill say that I tried to get one of the studios to let me get a license to show their stuff on my paysites. Some goober said he would get back with me and never did. About a month later they sent an entire box of videos to me at no charge. I have no idea what that means.

Mutt 10-25-2002 08:29 AM

i've said that before, it is hard to feel sorry for anybody who doesn't seem to give a shit about their stuff being ripped off.

I just don't like asswipes who jump to the defense of thieves knowing nothing about the situation, fabricating outright lies that this or that webmaster has licenses or permission for the producer.

APIC doesn't make himself visible anymore. He used to run around YNOT screaming on behalf of its members but i haven't seen anything from him in years.

And the thievery does affect everybody else, especially those who are trying to sell/lease similar content. There are people like AEBN who lease interracial video plug-ins, Holio, and more.
A cocksucker like BOB should be patronizing those people instead of being a parasite. Though we all know he couldn't survive a day being legal.
