Simple script needed..... Suggestions?
 

I need a script that will let me dictate how many fields to input, name the fields, and then when I enter data into the fields, I press submut and the output is on a page in anyway I want it outputted (edited via templates or in the script itself, i dont care)...

Anything out there like this?

And to answer your q: I haven't seen a "script" like that all by itself.

Sounds like only something custom will do that... :2 cents:
