windows cleanup utilities that actually work
 

I'm sick of formatting my machine every time it gets slow.
Are there any utilites to clean windows that are more than just a scam?

Crap cvleaner does a decent job.I don't trust those free programs as they tend to remove files that makes some of the other programs not to work

another vote for ccleaner, it works well

but it can't help for alot of issues that can be causing slowness

Tuneup utilities work for me, its paid but kind of worth it.

If you're bothered about needing to defragment in one big go, get something like O&O Defrag, which runs in the background and performs partial defragmentations as and when needed.
