How about a photo(s) of the girls with vampire fangs? Another option might be vampire bite marks in the background graphics with blood dripping out.

A maniacal laugh or one spoken line by a model in a haunting vampire (or in this case vampiress) voice might further add to the atmosphere and serve as a good teaser.

Good luck - it looks like it has great potential...
