I've been looking for a good, CONSISTENT, one for years. :disgust

I did just had Jon Clark's company do some nice logo's for me. That was a refreshing change to have exactly what I wanted out of the gate.

not sure if I get you, but does it mean you want a reality site minus the join page? or is that something else like a template where you'll replace the body with your content? Anyway, feel free to check my portfolio and hit me up, I'll have time this weekend

Having looked at your sites it's pretty hard to understand what design you consider as "top-notch". Please share some samples.
