The Right Brain vs Left Brain test

http://awms-network.com/dancer.gif

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction;
see if you can do it.

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses logic
detail oriented
facts rule
words and language
present and past
math and science
can comprehend
knowing
acknowledges
order/pattern perception
knows object name
reality based
forms strategies
practical
safe

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses feeling
"big picture" oriented
imagination rules
symbols and images
present and future
philosophy & religion
can "get it" (i.e. meaning)
believes
appreciates
spatial perception
knows object function
fantasy based
presents possibilities
impetuous
risk taking

Tip... Look at the shadow and you see in time, depends on your brainspeed, that she is moves suddenly the other way

GrouchyAdmin 07-31-2008 10:12 AM

Not this fucking thing again..

kmanrox 07-31-2008 10:27 AM

lolz this cant rly be true can it?

note: im right brained i guess haha

CaptainHowdy 07-31-2008 11:42 AM

Done ... :winkwink:!

GrouchyAdmin 07-31-2008 11:45 AM

Every damn time I grab a reference point, it moves a few pixels and appears to change direction. Perhaps my brain is ambidextrous - it doesn't work right on either hemisphere.

nosey 07-31-2008 11:46 AM

trippy :upsidedow

severe 07-31-2008 11:50 AM

its a gif, what you see are whatever the frames are doing

you can see it jump, cause its not well aligned between the end and start and thats when the direction changes.

timebomb011 07-31-2008 11:52 AM

right brained!

fallenmuffin 07-31-2008 11:53 AM

Oy Vey....

Cyndalie 07-31-2008 11:53 AM

I see clockwise

seeandsee 07-31-2008 11:55 AM

It's gif with rotation :)

Bama 07-31-2008 12:19 PM

I don't care how hard I try to focus - I never see any counter clockwise movement.

thats your brain trying to switch...
If you relax your eye and watch the shadow first, you see effect after 1-2-3 minutes
It is a real brain fucker, but it is not a trick in the .gif

I can make it go left and right in seconds... and continue doing it. For everyone the results are different.

silvercash amber 07-31-2008 12:28 PM

right brained

Due 07-31-2008 12:28 PM

For me she is not moving, guess I use the center of the brain then, or both sides which make it even out :upsidedow

Vick! 07-31-2008 12:31 PM

I can switch.

But I really don't fucking understand this god damn thing .. when it change the direction of rotation, it seems her open arm changes too. very strange.

papill0n 07-31-2008 10:16 PM

anti clockwise for me - i only have half a brain anyways :)

brandonstills 08-01-2008 12:36 AM

I saw right brained, which is interesting because I'm good at programming and math. I've done tests before and actually my right brain is slightly stronger than my left brain even though everyone who knows me thinks I'm left brained. Weird.

I managed to see both versions, switching between them is tricky but with practice I was able to do so faster.

Well if you do this test... you are dumb brained... ^^

Alky 08-01-2008 01:02 AM

im naturally left brained according to this... but if i watch her foot and concentrate on it, i can see it turning clockwise. neat.

Not enough boobie on display for me to stare at for 1-3 minutes, maybe that's why it's only going clockwise for me, I keep staring at her titties-go-round. Interesting concept though:)

Violetta 08-01-2008 03:40 AM

clockwise...

Violetta 08-01-2008 03:47 AM

YESSSSS.--. I fucking saw it the other way! I was thinking of something completly different when I suddenly noticed she was spinning the other way! DAMN... Took me a minute to get her back at the original way. Had to look away from the screen

eroticsexxx 08-01-2008 04:48 AM

I can switch every half turn. The way that I do it is by focusing on the shadows.

To switch I use the "perception" of the shadow of the leg being swung passing "behind" or "in front of" the shadow of the foot that touches the ground.

Makes me a bit nauseous doing that though.

moneybiz 08-01-2008 04:55 AM

I gave this to the smartest friend I have ( scored perfect sat, going to school to be a doctor) he told me he can see it go both ways.

viencarl 08-01-2008 05:27 AM

WTF that was the coolest gif :):):)

Bhunter 08-01-2008 05:48 AM

this is cool.

I see it clockwise and can switch.

CyberHustler 08-01-2008 05:56 AM

Looks like she's just moving back and forth... left and right.

Manowar 08-01-2008 06:22 AM

she is going clockwise for me

baX 08-01-2008 06:30 AM

I can do it, I can do it
She's going both ways for me

tranza 08-01-2008 06:58 AM

I can see both directions!!!! That's awesome!!

MichaelP 08-01-2008 07:02 AM

I see it in the direction I want.. Doe it means I use both sides equally ?

woj 08-01-2008 07:32 AM
