But apart from that, in your first post in this thread, you're quoting something that was written in 1970. Something that the guy, incidentally, did serve time in prison for.

Meanwhile, it's a simple fact that FAR more bosnian civilians than serb civilians were killed during the bosnian war. Had the bosnian military been stronger, it probably would have been different. However, that's an "if", and "ifs" don't do so well in courts.

So, in your opinion, anyone that gets indicted should be sentenced automatically?

Some serbs that got indicted got acquitted, others got large sentences. Some croats that got indicted got acquitted, others got large sentences. Some bosniaks that got indicted got acquitted, others got large sentences.

Guess what? Trials don't exist to rubber-stamp any indictment that comes along. Some people will get off, some will get light sentences, some will get harsh sentences. That's the whole fucking point.
