I had a $100 steak at Emeril's and it gave me massive diarrhea. It was 98% raw.

Lol for 30 euros worth down here I can buy myself 2 tenderloins... no, not tenderloin steaks or medallions, the *whole tenderloin* ... 2 of them is enough to make over 10 big fat filet mignons!

I just had a nice steak too actually :) it was 25 euro though, I'm a bit poorer :(

i made that mistake once and had a 79$ steak ...small piece of meat ... tasted adverage ...the girl i was w/ had steak aswell and her tasted better than mine and hers was 20$ :/

This one is from special cows blah blah. Its the best meat you can get really. Thats why its more expensive.

I just really do not like the fillet Mignon at all though as a stand alone steak.
Gladly take a rib eye though.
