Wanted: CAN-SPAM compliant solution

I'm looking for a complete solution to get mainstream (herbal sleep remedy) ads into actual inboxes. I can supply the lists, or you can. I'm targeting general US. If you have a serious solution, email me the details to kman -/at\- kman net I'll be spending well into 5 figures monthly if the solution works out.

i have friends that mail fully compliant and they are telling me that its getting tough to get any volume in lately... so, i would go with a service like aweber.com becuase they get in no problem..

i've seen these 2 places and they seem to only allow you to use your own in-house created lists, or can accumulate your own lists through them. i'll be using lists i've bought, but am also willing to lease them thru whomever comes through with the solution.. i'm trying to save the trouble of setting this up myself but it may just come down to that, eh?

thx for the replies.. if you personally have a solution in place, do hit me up

ok.. the problem with not having in house lists and using a closed loop confirmation system like aweber, is that you have to send a confirm email to any address you want to add to your hosted d/b there..

of course sending confirm emails will really shorten your list...

if you are interested, i know a company that will partner with you and send offers to your list and manage it, but they will send their offers too.. you get paid, but your lsit is getting sent to more frequently...

Let's think for a second here...

If you have all the data (name, address, even ip), how is he going to prove that he did NOT sign up for whatever you offered? You sure as hell can.

OK. In short, no big Email Service Provider will not touch a 'bought' list. I have worked with Responsys and I really doubt they would.

If any segment of the list has got a demonstrable double opt in, then see sig.

im trying aweber but they make you double opt-in when you import your lists. :disgust

DamianJ 07-28-2008 03:29 AM

aweber site:

Sending email to people who have not specifically requested information from you.

You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.

nnweb 07-28-2008 03:54 AM

ok just signed up for aweber and you can only import 2,000 emails per day.

i have small list of 20k but they wont work.

scratch them if you want to import more then 2k emails per day.
