What kind of deals have you scored ??
 

So since the Visa scandal has started, who here has scored the best deals on buying out sites or content ??

I'll start, I ran into a pretty decent deal on some content from a guy that was getting out of the biz. There are like 180 cd titles in the batch with the shopping cart ringing in at just over $26000 when I added it all to my cart just to see how much it would cost me if I had to buy it from the provider directly :) I ended up spending $1700 which included the license transfer over to us :Graucho So who has a better one ???

You think ?? I thought $1500 was a good price, and then the transfer to me for $200 was a great deal, so in the end I felt good about it :rasta So how do you know where I got it from Pipe ??

The content came from www.adultlegal.com, which did a license transfer from his company to our's, and let me say, the guys over at adultlegal are totally cool, I'm going back to pick up some full length DVD's for a movie site that we are starting later this month. All the content I got from another webmaster that was leaving the biz behind :( So not really any way to duplicate it, sorry :glugglug
